We will be meeting with Kalamazoo City applicants from 1-4:30pm on a first come first serve basis on the following dates:
Friday, June 2nd from 1pm-5pm
Wednesday, June 7th from 1pm-5pm
Friday, June 9th from 1pm-5pm
These sessions will allow possible applicants a face-to-face meeting to determine eligibility quickly with a Housing Specialist. To do this, we are asking that all applicants bring the following documents to the event:
Note: If someone has zero income, HRI will verify it.
HRI’s 420 E. Alcott Street office is open for reception services and operations Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-5:00 pm (closed 12-1 pm for lunch). Additionally, a secure drop box is available at our Alcott location for documents that is checked daily. Please call us at 269-382-0287 for housing assistance or complete a Contact Us form below.

Feb 2023 Update: HRI has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the City of Kalamazoo to further look at the 333 E. Alcott location to determine feasibility. This provides HRI a six-month window of time for due diligence. A final decision has not been made regarding this site. A lease or purchase of this site has not happened.
