HRI helps connect individuals and families in Kalamazoo County with available emergency shelter and housing resources. An Intake Specialist will talk with you about your situation and complete an intake to determine what housing assistance options may be available.

HOURS:

Our office is open for reception services and operations Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We are closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch.

Additionally, there is a secure drop box available at our office for documents, which is checked daily.
